2017 SCC League Playoff Rules

Division 1

Semi-Final: 2nd position vs 3rd position, during league round. If game is abandoned due to rain, 2nd position team will go to Final.

Final: League Table topper vs Winner of Semifinal. In case of rain out game will be reschedule to another weekend, with both team agreement. After rescheduling, if no game can be conducted , both teams will be declared as joint winners. Continue reading “2017 SCC League Playoff Rules”

Shanghai to Defend China Cup in Beijing

The SCC Dragons will head to Beijing on Sunday 4 June 2017 to take on Beijing CC in the annual China Cup. The Dragons won lasts year’s game comprehensively and Dragons Skipper Kevin Wright will be looking for another repeat performance this year.

Introducing Hangzhou Cricket Club

The SCC welcomes a new club to the fold this year as Hangzhou Cricket Club joins the league in Division 2.

Hangzhou Cricket Club  has been around for over five years. The teams made up of cricketers of all abilities and nationalities, meld together to form, on occasion, a formidable unit. The club thrives on a great humanity and friendly atmosphere. They play friendly and competitive internal club games, visit Shanghai for matches, and welcome other club teams to their home ground for weekly games. Leopards CC Changes Name to China Zalmi

Leopards Cricket Club (LCC) has announced that the LCC will play the coming season as China Zalmi.

Zeb Khan, LCC chief executive, confirmed that the club had received the recognition from Peshawar Zalmi (Pakistani professional franchise cricket team that plays in the Pakistan Super League).
